The FSA 60.0 R is a powerful, battery-powered grass trimmer designed for demanding mowing, trimming, cutting and lawn edging in medium to large home gardens. As part of the AK System, it combines impressive performance with low noise emissions, allowing you to work comfortably without disturbing neighbours.
Supplied with the AutoCut C 12-2 mowing head, the FSA 60.0 R features the STIHL Rapid Click System for fast, tool-free installation. Simply click the mowing head into place and you're ready to get started. Removing it is just as easy—press the side button to release the head, making line replacement and rewinding quicker and more convenient. The AutoCut C 12-2 is compatible with both 2.0 mm and 2.4 mm mowing line. For even greater versatility, the trimmer is also compatible with the PolyCut 11-2 mowing head (sold separately), which also attaches without the need for tools.
A loop handle with a quick-adjust mounting system allows you to easily set the ideal working position for your height, improving comfort and control during use. It's especially useful when working on slopes, around trees or in confined spaces. Powered by a high-performance brushless EC motor, the FSA 60.0 R delivers consistent cutting performance and features two selectable speed settings on the control handle. ECO mode (Level 1) is ideal for lighter tasks such as trimming lawn edges, reducing energy consumption to maximise battery runtime. For tackling thicker grass and more demanding jobs, Full Speed mode (Level 2) provides maximum cutting power.
When paired with the AK 20 battery, the FSA 60.0 R offers a working time of up to 30–55 minutes with the AutoCut C 12-2 mowing head or up to 60–110 minutes with the PolyCut 11-2 mowing head. The AK 20 battery also provides excellent balance, helping to reduce fatigue and making longer periods of work more comfortable.
