The Husqvarna Automower® 450V NERA is a high-performance, wire-free robotic mower designed to handle large lawns of up to 7,500 m² with outstanding precision. Using satellite-based technology and virtual boundaries, it offers a flexible and robust installation without the need for traditional boundary wires.

Flexible Lawn Management

Everything starts in the Automower® Connect app. From there, you can create customised work areas and temporary stay-out zones to suit your garden. These settings can be easily adjusted whenever your lawn layout changes or you undertake seasonal garden projects.

Intelligent AI Vision

The built-in camera uses advanced AI technology to detect and identify objects on the lawn, allowing the mower to respond appropriately. Infrared technology enables obstacle detection even in low-light conditions, helping the mower avoid obstacles and take wildlife into consideration.

The combination of AI vision and satellite navigation also helps maintain reliable lawn coverage in areas where satellite signals may be weaker.

Choose Your Mowing Pattern

For a distinctive finish, you can select from striped, checkerboard or triangular mowing patterns, with a maximum capacity of 7,500 m².

For a more traditional carpet-like appearance, select the irregular mowing pattern, which provides a capacity of up to 5,000 m².

Excellent Performance on Slopes

The patented non-fixed front axle improves manoeuvrability and helps the mower maintain performance across challenging terrain, including slopes of up to 50% incline.

How Does the Satellite Technology Work?

The Automower® 450V NERA uses satellite technology to achieve centimetre-level positioning accuracy. Correction data is supplied through the Husqvarna Cloud at no additional cost.

For this system to work, cellular or Wi-Fi coverage is required across the entire lawn area. Under suitable conditions, it typically delivers positioning accuracy of better than 5 cm.

If your lawn does not have cellular or Wi-Fi coverage, the Husqvarna EPOS® RS1 reference station is available as an additional accessory. This standalone solution does not require an internet connection and can provide even greater positioning accuracy of approximately 2–3 cm.
