Premium Ash Wood Construction

To improve stability and reduce the risk of shrinkage, the timber undergoes a two-stage drying process. The sawn ash boards are first air-dried, then kiln-dried in a computer-controlled climate chamber. Each handle is finished with plant-based carnauba wax, which helps protect the wood against moisture and dirt while maintaining its attractive, natural appearance. The finish allows the wood to breathe and creates a smooth, comfortable surface for handling.
