Delivery

Orders will be sent by Royal Mail or ANC Couriers depending on size and weight. ANC deliver between 9am and 5pm. If you are not in when they try to deliver, they will leave a card letting you know there has been an unsuccessful delivery attempt and giving you a number to call to rearrange delivery.

Dispatch Times

Items ordered will be delivered as soon as possible and we aim to process and dispatch each order within two working days of receipt.

Shipping and Handling

Delivery is FREE for all orders over £45 in value to most UK mainland addresses please see below for areas excluded. (Orders under £45 will be charged at £4.50).

The following postcodes for the Scottish Highlands and Islands, Isle of Man, Northern Ireland, Scilly Isles and Isle of White are excluded and will incur a delivery charge of £7.50. (This applies to orders over £45.00 only.) AB, BT, DD, FK19-21, HS, IM, IV, KA27-28, KW, KY13, PA20-78, PH1-2, PH5-50, TR21-25, ZE.

Loss or damage in transit

If you receive any purchases that are faulty or damaged we must be informed within 3 days of receipt. This is also applicable if any items are missing from your order. Check all purchases for quality and quantity even if they are not required immediately. Willis and Grabham online endeavour to make prompt and accurate deliveries.

Delivery Schedule

You will normally receive your order within 1-3 working days after dispatch, assuming all products are in stock. Please note we are not responsible for any delays that may occur in transit.

Back Orders

If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be contacted with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait. We aim to keep good stock levels of all website products, and have arrangements for rapid re-stocking should any item be out of stock. Re-stocking should normally take a maximum of 2-5 business days.

All prices are shown in pound sterling (£) and include UK VAT at 17.5% unless clearly stated otherwise.
